Prices

What you must know

• The prices are meant for a stay of at least 4 nights, per apartment and night.
• We charge for every further person from 15,00€ to 20,00€ per night,
  for children under 7 years 9,00€ per night.
• Infants and toddlers stay for free until they turn 3.
• For a short stay we charge extra 10,00€ to 20,00€ per night.
• The price of the breakfast basket depends on the content you chose.

Local tax

The local tax is to pay at your departure and is quoted in detail on the bill.
Starting from January 1^st 2020 amounts to 1,75 € per person and day – children up to 14 years are exempt from it.

The income coming from the local tax will be spent in maintenance and extension of the infrastructures and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sport events.
The local tax will be charged per guest and night by the accommodation facility.

Booking

We are glad to receive your written booking request per E-Mail. The booking is considered binding with the payment of a deposit of 200,00€ per week and after we confirmed it.
Please write your name as the reason for the bank transfer. In case of cancellation the deposit will be not refunded. We apply the cancellation policy explained below.

Payment

You can transfer the total amount for your booking before your arrival or in cash in situ at the end of your holiday.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: We are happy to welcome you from 3:00 pm.
By arrangement you could arrive earlier too. We will do all what we can to get the apartment ready for your arrival.

We would appreciate, if you could inform us about the approximately time of your arrival some days before. Inform us, please, if you are delayed.

Departure: on departure, please leave the apartment not later than 09 a.m.
We can discuss and agree about other possibilities.

Cancellation policy

If something does not go to plan, please inform us early enough.
Cancellation is something unpleasant for the both of us. It is a pity to leave the apartment empty when other guests would have been glad to come to us.
Costumers are not entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the Italian consumer protection codex. Nevertheless, we apply following cancellation policy:

At the latest 60 days before arrival the cancellation will be free of charge.
The deposit will not be refunded.
If cancellation occurs from the 59^th day before the arrival and the arrival day we apply following policy:
Cancellation at the latest 28 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount for the accommodation will be charged.
Cancellation less than 28 days before arrival: 80 % of the total amount for the accommodation will be charged.
in case of no-show without cancellation or in case of postponed arrival or earlier departure we charge the total amount for the booked accommodation.

Travel cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your coming.

Nevertheless, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance at the same time as you book. This way you can avoid unnecessary costs due to the eventual cancellation and you can look forward to your holiday completely unclouded.
